Larry Johnson has conducted over 600 seminars while helping thousands of professionals in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain gain skills in strength assessment analysis. In addition, he has personally conducted more than 1,000 personal interviews and given verbal and written feedback to clients in a wide variety of industries, including food service, hospitality, retail, trucking, education, health care, and public agencies. After graduating from college in 1960, Mr. Johnson spent eight years as a teacher, coach, guidance counselor, and school bus driver. Having earned a Master of Science degree at the University of Nebraska in 1969, he worked with a large international research and consulting company for twenty-five years.
