| Welcome, Since 1962 the Lincoln Council on Alcoholism and Drugs (LCAD) has been your link to alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention, intervention and treatment resources in Lincoln and Lancaster County. We are one of 7 prevention centers in the state of Nebraska funded specifically to coordinate and plan for regional alcohol, tobacco and drug prevention. LCAD is the designated Prevention Center for Lincoln/Lancaster County through Region V Systems. LCAD is also the only Region V Systems agency approved to provide Adult Substance Abuse Evaluations. |
