| Ivanna Cone is one of Lincoln's oldest ice cream parlors, and we are the only one that still makes ice cream the old fashioned way. I just learned that out type of ice cream freezers are known as "brine freezers" which makes sense since they use a brine(salt water) solution to cool the cream. |
