Institute of Nails was opened in 1994 by Kathy Collingsworth. Kathy has been a highly accredited Nail Technician for almost 20 years and has competed in many nail competitions, bringing back to the salon her trophies. She is a licensed Nail Technician, licensed Instructor, and has her Advanced Master Certification through Creative Nail Design. Kathy owned and operated Institute of Nails and her salon Nail Bizz through 2002 when she then sold the school to Candy Sapp. Kathy specializes in colored acrylics and French Radicals. Kathy now instructs part-time at the Institute of Nails.
