Community Health Charities of Nebraska, formerly , is recognized as a model of health agency and community collaboration since its establishment in 1972. As a federation of 17 voluntary health agencies, CHC-NE offers Nebraska's only campaign for health. CHC-NE and its member health agencies provide Nebraskans with programs for patient and community service, critical medical research and health education.
