Capitol Title Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of Nebraska, Inc. We have offices in Lincoln, Seward and Beatrice, Nebraska, and serve all of Southeastern and greater Nebraska. Our staff is trained and experienced in title insurance, abstracting and escrow services. We also provide specialized services for real estate investors (such as 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges), builders, developers and lenders.
